Although The Hammocks offers a gated community with mature landscaping it is important to remember that you are competing with new construction and fully decked out models with all the newest bells and whistles.  If you want to get it sold quickly! You will need to keep your home current and in tip-top shape.

Little updates that make a BIG difference:

Window treatments.
If you had custom window treatments made when you built your home, they may be out of date now. This is fine, if you like them
and you have no plans to move. But, if you are thinking about a move, you may want to take them down.  These days less is more when it comes to window features.
